Return requests shall be entertained if the template is provided in license lock condition or if no lifetime hosting given to client. We would require some proof of the same to process return request.
Return requests can be generated within 6hours of delivery of product.
Return will be processed after verification of following:
No nulling of our template
Template is the same as was delivered by Mera market delivery partner to the customer
Once a return request has been raised, refund for the same shall be processed within 4-7 working days.
Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page shall not be eligible for return requests.
