• Return requests shall be entertained if the template is provided in license lock condition or if no lifetime hosting given to client. We would require some proof of the same to process return request.
• Return requests can be generated within 6hours of delivery of product.
• Return will be processed after verification of following:
  • No nulling of our template
  • Template is the same as was delivered by Mera market delivery partner to the customer
• Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page shall not be eligible for return requests.
• Kindly note: If the final ₹3000 payment is not made 2 to 3 Hour , your website order will be cancelled . The ₹2000 already paid will be non-refundable .
• If you wish to reactivate the website later, the pending ₹ plus a ₹1000 penalty will need to be paid in full in advance.
• Once the website is completed and admin panel is issued to the client, it is considered as project completion, and no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.
• Please note that the token amount paid is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The refund amount will be processed within 45-60 days, subject to mutual agreement between the client and the company.

Franchise Policy :

If a franchise partner wishes to cancel their franchise, they will receive 3 lifetime website licenses in exchange — which include 2 customer websites + 1 franchise website.

The partner can sell these websites to their own customers to recover their investment amount.

Note: The franchise amount is non-refundable.
